Kathy Fenlon

Kathleen Fenlon grew up on her family farm in Tully NY. She attended the State University College at Oswego, and remained in the greater Oswego area for the next 50 years. She worked for county government and two not-for-profit organizations in the field of human services. Her last position, as Executive Director of the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau, was a job she loved going to every day! She retired eleven years ago. Kathy has served on many not-for-profit boards, including the United Way Board, Oswego School Board, Child Care Council, two foundation boards, and a statewide youth advocacy board.

Kathy and her husband Richard Kaulfuss built a house on the Fenlon family farmland a few years ago. Their grandchildren are the sixth generation to enjoy the beautiful property which overlooks Meeker Hill. She has many interests including gardening, quilting, and kayaking

During her career, Kathy was in a position where she gave out grant funding and wrote many grants. She would like to bring this knowledge along with board management experience to her role as a Trustee of the Tully Free Library.
